We don’t have answers to all of life’s burning questions, but we can answer these.
Is the price for 1 board or 2?
The price you see is for 2 BOARDS. All of our products come shrink-wrapped in bundles of 2. The shrink-wrap protects from moisture & other issues that may happen during shipping.
My order is wrong - now what?
Email info@thehardwoodedge.com Provide the order number & a description of the issue and we’ll do our best to fix it.
How do I be a Customer Spotlight?
We love our Maker Community. In a world increasingly dominated by tech, we’re huge cheerleaders for creatives & artisans like you. That’s why we started our Customer Spotlight series. Email us well-lit photos of your project, tell us which species you used & if you want to be tagged. info@thehardwoodedge.com
Can I get a custom order?
Yes – if:
The sizes are 4.5” or 6.5” wide. (Narrow sizes may be available) Up to 8’ long. Standard thickness.
Minimum 100 pieces.
It’s in a species we currently offer. We may be able to get hardwoods we don’t currently carry, depending on the species you’re after.

Can you cut this board to size for me?
We’re not able to provide sawing or cutting services. For large special orders, see custom orders.
Do I pay for shipping?
Yes. We keep our products at a reasonable price & keep shipping rates as fair as possible. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size & weight for precise, accurate rates.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right we’re here to help. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect contact, us and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Returns/Refund
We accept eligible items purchased through our store. To be eligible for a return/refund:
The items must be unused and in original condition.
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Seconds.
Partial Sample Packs.
Partial 2-Piece Packs.
Custom items *unless an item arrives warped or damaged.
Clearance or final sale items.
Free or complimentary items.
How to Start a Return
Email info@thehardwoodedge.com with your order number and reason for return.
When approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
Once the item is received by us, we’ll refund the original purchase method.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
